The quality management in go digital companies how ISO 9001:2015 standard assists the digital transformation

Abstract
Faced with technological advances in the last decade and the ongoing digital transformation, traditional companies whose presence in the market was already considered consolidated, began to invest in adapting their work mentality and innovation of their production processes, in order to tune in with modern trends and new customer demands, to keep up with newcomers and digital companies. In this context, the ISO 9001: 2015 standard plays a fundamental role in the process of preparing go digital companies, having as its starting point the search for continuous improvement through the application of its requirements. While assisting in structuring the digital mindset shift to reality, quality management works to maintain the standards of delivery of products / services. This paper consists of a survey of the most common steps of digital transformation and an analysis of the standard requirements that can assist each step, as well as application suggestions.
