Abstract

This work deals with the safety of rural workers, initially contextualizing the rights of workers, where through labor legislation and safety standards applied to rural work, labor difficulties in the countryside can be exposed, which can lead to accidents. work. Among the many risks to which these workers are exposed, those relating to the handling of pesticides, exposure to radiation and failure to use personal protective equipment were mentioned.
